Wilhelm working on oil and gas sector more than 15 years and we using GTAW welding for cladding pipe we have so much experience about it. But for be come world company need to buy so much machine for it we need so huge area and so many people if we go with same GTAW technology operating cost will be come very high. 6 years before Wilhelm decided to invest R@D and want to develop new technology for cladding sector. And want to get with this technology high quality and faster deposition. With in 6 year we worked on Automatic GTAW welding equipment's, We develop our mechanism, our software, our control system,Dual Tungsten GTAW welding technilogy,  Dual power source GTAW welding technology, High technology torches, Welding signal, etc…
After all of those hard working we arrange incredible deposition rate and high quality welding and we applied more 10 patents about those technology. Our Octal head horizontal facility is strongest machine in the world created in CHINA. We are very proud of this. Usually GTAW welding speed can go 300mm/min but we arrange welding speed 1500mm/min welding speed also quality improved, inert gas reduced, manpower reduced, energy reduced, operating area reduced too.   After established 15 Octal head Dual tungsten twin wire welding station and 3 Twin head dual tungsten twin wire welding station. We decided the share our technology with world.
